A Night to Remember - Walter Lord
One of the best Titanic books. It focuses on the night of the sinking. Every line is authentic and everything is based on survivors stories. Walter Lord met up with 60 people in order to collect information for the book. The book also became a celebrated movie in the 1950's.

Titanic - Claes Göran Wetterholm
An amazing book. Alot of great pictures, including some from Wetterholms expeditions with artifacts from the wreck. It mainly focuses on the scandinavian passangers and is really, really worth to read.

The discovery of the Titanic - Dr Robert D. Ballard
A very exciting book about how Ballard found Titanic in the 1980's. Many pictures plus detailed information about the wreck It also features a comparision with objects found on the bottom of the sea and pictures from 1912.

Titanic - Michael Davie
A book that focuses on the bakground of Titanic. It is loaded with information about the building and creation of the ship. Does not focus much on the sinking, but alot more on the aftermath.

The Memories of Violet Jessop
Violet worked as a stewardness on both Olympic and Titanic - and later became a nurse on the Britannic. And survived them both! It is a nice authobiography about life at sea.
