History

This site first went live on 3rd Novemember, 2004. It was up for a little under a month, and then my host started moving files around and took a long time, and I decided to leave him. I am now hosted by Fan-Sites.org, which should be more reliable.

I created this site because I was looking for some Luke/Lorelai fansites, you know, to get quotes and images and stuff, but most of the ones I found either weren't very good (bad layout and/or content), were on hiatus, or simply wouldn't load. I figured there should be at least one semi-good site out there, and I like making layouts, but usually don't have that much content. Hence Javalicious was born.

I have changed a few things along the way. I've taken down the images section, at least for now, because a) I got annoyed with it and b) it's pretty pointless. I've added a Blend Challenge, as I don't think there are enough around for the thousands of talented people on the internet.

The summer (well, summer in Australia) of 05-06 I got off my ass and fixed it up. For real. I may not be able to update as much, but at least it's in a halfway decent state that can hold it's own and be useful to people.

Not a whole lot of thought went into the name. Java Junction was taken, I wanted something containing 'java' and 'javalicious' seemed pretty obvious, even if cliche.

Want to see my other site? It's called X ingenious, and has a lot of cool stuff. Visit it here.
