What? What are dolls? Simply little images that portray (generally) humans.
How? Dolls are created pixel by pixel, meaning the only tools needed are a one-pixel pencil and a one-pixel clear tool. I use Photoshop 7, because although it has many more tools than necessary, it still works fine for just those two tools. I also use bases from various sites, and the base is listed next to the doll. I also use images as inspiration for outfits, etc. The inspiration image is also next to the doll.
Why? I've been wanting to try some pixel art/dolls for a while because it looks so cool, so I started experimenting with it a little after school. I've only made a few dolls, and they're not great, but they're a start, and hopefully I'll get better.
When? I started about a month ago, and now I make them every other week or so, when I find a nice image, inspiration, or time.
Where? On my computer, at home, using Photoshop 7.
Who? As of now I've just got dolls of Rory and Lorelai, but I might try other characters like Luke or Logan, though I think girls are easier.

Notes: I think the hair - the little curls at the end, the fly out - turned out really well, but it makes
her look fat. Don't you think? At first it made her look HUGE, then I shortened the shirt, but still... Also, her hair is lighter than I usually make Lorelai's.

I have a problem with the shoes: I can never get shoes right. Same with the skirt, the pleats
look a bit funky. I love the jacket and tie, though. Shame I couldn't get the ball and chain
in it, but there wasn't a base that could hold anything.
