This song is available on the Grind Movie Official Soundtrack. If you have the Grind DVD, the video is part of the bonus material and includes cast cameos and the Orange County-Glam Donnas.

Also on the Grind movie soundtrack. It is played in the movie during the club scene. As the boys enter the party and decided to split up for variable reasons.


Simple Plan - I'm Just a Kid

Soundtrack song from a part of the movie I'm unsure of at the moment. I'll have to check on that. For right now, the song sounds really, watery. Like you know it's computer ripped. I'm trying to find another one so if you don't like it now, check back later.


Lil'Kim - The Jump off

Party song! The lovely song the Dustin bunnyhopped to just before they decided to bustamove. Available on both her album and a remix is available on the Grind soundtrack.


P.O.D - Boom

Soundtrack song. The intense track that played when Eric faced off against the member of White Chocolate. Take you best shot.


Unwritten Law - Seeing Red

Soundtrack song. The uplifting burst of sunshine when the boys walk onto the ramp at the end of the movie. Sort of the 'you made it' song although the lyrics don't match the moment.


Hot Action Cop - Goin' Down On It

Soundtrack song. When the movie first starts this is what is playing. You know, when Eric is checkin' himself out in the mirror and skating to the shop. The lyrics are awful.


Spandau Ballet - True

This song is not on the soundtrack, but it should be! It's the best song of the 80's like totally for sure! Okay maybe not, but this song is in the movie. The 'ha ha ha ha' song when Eric (in the bean suit) first sees Jamie.


Young MC - Bust a Move

Aaaaw yeeeeeeeeeah..."It's their song dude!" Gotta love the impromptu dance break in the movie. What better than to listen to the song and make your own dance hall memory.
