Character of the Month is pretty self explanitory. At the end of each month submissions can start for your candidate. Now, the rules of C.O.M are easy. Simply contact the webmaster (however way you feel comfortable) and sumbit a quick, brief explaination as to why that month belongs to that character. EASY!
