You cannot use buddy icons, PSDs (as your own content), livejournal icons (as your own content) or anything marked with the Think Twice logo. Everything else is free for you to use but I would love for you to let me know what you are taking and give me proper credit. Thanks.

05. Can you make me a site/layout/graphic/etc?
Unfortunately, I don't have the time. In the future, I may put up free layouts and graphics but as of right now, they are not offered. Have a question for me? email it to me!
