Welcome to the Fan Sites Network! Let’s get started…

You should have received an email with your username and password. Please save that email for future reference. Here is what you need to do now:

1. Sign up for a member account here at The Fan Sites Network. Is it extremely important that you keep your email address updated in your account as I will be using the messaging system to let you know of any problems/updates/etc. concerning the network/servers.
2. Login to your FTP account to make sure your username/password combo are correct. If you forget your password, a new one will have to be set up by me as I do not have access to your private account.
3. You have 2 weeks from the date accepted to get your site up and running. Make sure your pages include:
   • A Fan-Sites.org button or text link on your index page.
   • A banner code on all other pages. Banner codes MUST be top viewing, so place them above the fold. (The definition of “above the fold” is anywhere in the top section of your pages where the visitor does not have to scroll down to see the ad)
4. Have fun! Also, check the Forum for some promotion ideas to help get your site noticed.
